Welcome to Year 2! We are Sycamore and Spruce Class.

This page will be used to share our learning experiences and celebrate the achievements of our learners. This term, we are excited to launch our new whole-school context for learning: Get Connected! We will be connecting with ourselves, connecting with each other and connecting with our world.

We launched our topic on Monday 17th April with a jam-packed immersion day. Dressed for all weathers, the children experienced a range of activities related to our new topic, including exploring our grounds using their five senses, investigating living things and getting creative using natural resources. 

The children have asked some excellent questions related to this learning and we are looking forward to answering them this term!
